Very efficient service, I was given a clean rental car that was trouble free for 2 weeks. I handed it back full of fuel as in the agreement, and had a touch free end of rental experience. The whole experience with Hertz was pleasant and I would rent from them again.

Very Very bad experience with them, I go through my insurance and they were unable to arrange car as per our requirement although insurance gave the approval. One day before pickup, they changed the time of pickup for nearly 4 hrs late.. Hard for me to wait another 4 hrs to pickup car.I didn't take insurance at first instance, after 1 week when i take the option and go to their office so they can check the car. They charged from day 1 although i request them to start after 7 days. They also confirm on call that they will charge from day when i want and they will inspect the car but still charge me for 10 days. 2 ladies at counter, both seems unhappy from their pay or job. Especially Caucasian girl with blonde curly hair. She was totally racist and even her dressing is very disgusting.No sense of dressing. She is treating me who has masters degree from Australia as third world citizen( i am Australian Citizen). Repeating every word in English by giving me the impression that i can't understand what she is saying. VERY VERY RUDE GIRL ALWAYS SITTING ON LEFT SIDE OF RECEPTION WHEN ENTER. On returning she questioned like police officer that do you smoke in car, when i say no. She said that i will talk to my manager. Pathetic behavior of that girl. Hope Management will take action and upgrade their customer service level by give them training and especially that girl. Cheers
They have two different faces, stay away! First experience was good, so decided to choose them again even though i had companies closer to my house but they disappointed me, at drop off time they discovered a tiny chip on windscreen and i had no clue about it, they held my bond and said we will call you once we get the quote from repairer and which will be most likely next day as per the female staff on the reception, but no one called/emailed/text for next 3 business days, no one contacted me to advise this via phone or email that this issue has closed or sorted or charged, very poor communication from them. So decided to call them to figure out what they have done from last 3.5 days. The male staff over the phone told me we have processed your refund with no charges and will be there in 3-5business days but when i checked my bank statement they refunded my bond but charged me separately for the damage. Also had to ask them to send me a copy of the Pre-rental Vehicle Photos. Very low standard of service, never coming back
Pleasantly surprised with my experience with these guys. Staff was all welcoming and helpful, prices were good, vehicle was in good nick and good covid no contact practices. Will be coming back
They are so bad they do not have a way to deal with customers and also they are much more expensive than others
Great fast covid safe transaction
I booked camry, but when i reached, they said we don't have camry, even camry was there i saw it. They was trying to push me to get hatchback car. And even more they told me to sign on documents which they send me before come in. Luckily i watched, they didn't put Camry car which i choose, they put different car even i spoke with them. Say different before and result come different when u see.
Worst setvice and tried to charge for km's that weren't done.
