We were absolutely delighted with FigTek. We took about 1000 photos at my daughter's 8th birthday. They lost their mind with excitement with all the costumes and props and then all the parents joined in and it created some great memories. The quality was great, the service slick and courteous, and we also got to save all the digital shots to our laptop to share with all the kids. If you're looking for a photo booth, this is the business to select.

I was about to purchase a CNC machine little less capable compared to Figtek 1325 ATC for cost at nearly 3 times higher. But after received the machine at my door step in Feb 2020 completing the first job, I was witnessed that made the right choice. Tolerances were more critical for the jobs I was performing. Figtek 1325 ATC had outstanding quality same as USA machines I used to use. Even though I placed the order with a deposit Early December machine didn’t arrive till Feb 2020 due to COVID19, But Shaun always sent me manufacture progression videos and kept me posted. Review took me a while as I didn’t have any break from the day it landed. Appreciate their after sale services and updates of new features. So excited to see CO2 laser head to swap with the router.

Terrible customer service, I had to contact them and confirm details for my wedding and when I did they confirmed a different venue on the other side of the state. They didn’t even tell me that I needed to get my own backdrop although online it said included. The photo booth kept running slow and crashed halfway through the night of my wedding and although I confirmed our names with them numerous times they still spelt it wrong on our photo strips that we managed to get before the booth broke and now are not replying to my emails.

My daughter purchased a t-shirt from them, it wasn’t what she ordered and contacted them for assistance. They agreed to send a replacement t-shirt to her with the correct design. She contacted them several times since and they’ve said a second T-shirt was sent and received, which it wasn’t. They said they would provide proof that she had signed for it and tracking information, which they haven’t. They then said they’ve refunded it, but they haven’t and they can’t or won’t provide proof of this. Instead they will no doubt reply to this review attacking and taking no responsibility for their shocking service. We have absolutely no reason to make this up. If the product provided was correct, there would be no reason to provide this feedback.

This is my first time doing a google review, unfortunately it's necessary as I feel I need to warn people who they might be trading with here. After receiving my order (a custom t-shirt) I realised that the design clearly didn't match the specifications I made on the design tool on the website. I specified font size 6, the smallest on their design tool and it was much smaller in the preview photos they show you versus what I received. In addition, the positioning of the writing was also wrong (too high up on the t-shirt). I contacted the company and was told that it was my fault for not specifying the small size of the font as a note on the order. I was told I would need to order again and pay more money (10% discount), even after they had seen a photo. I was accused of trying to get a free redo. I can't stress to you enough that if you desire specificity for your orders I would not choose this company. Also, do not let your protections under Australian Consumer Law fool you into thinking that they will listen to your concerns. They seem to take liberties and complete your order as they see fit without even checking up with you what details may be potentially uncertain in their mind. Do not expect good customer service following payment. I can however praise them for their quick delivery, however as a whole I found the experience highly unprofessional.

I was searching for a router with the atc and couldn't find any that were within my budget. Although I was busy most of the time, Sean did an amazing job in getting me the machine I require for my work. He always answered calls time and again to help out. If you're looking for a cnc Figtek is your shop. Cheers!!!!!

Really thrilled with the service I got from these guys. The photo booth set up was pretty much PUMMELED at a party of 12-year-olds but it stayed the course :) The set up and pre-event service was fantastic. FigTek is now my "go to".

I do not recommend buying anything from this business. I bought an expensive product from Figtek and have had lots of issues from day 1, but after spending a tonne of money, we had received zero after sales service as promoted as part of the package and so had to work everything out by ourselves on the spot. Things just kept going wrong with the item's hardware at the very beginning (and the software they installed) when it was being used and continued to glitch and have issues which we constantly had to navigate in front of paying guests. Its honestly been the biggest nightmare. If you invest in something expensive through this business, beware, a. The product is of poor quality b. You will be on your own within a month trying to work through the issues. Not even 2 years later and we are having to repurchase another product again as the system is just done. 1000's dollars Update: readers, I can confirm this isn't a fake review. The review was prompted because the product didn't last, and I'm not happy and chose to express my experience. Your response is a clear example of your business arrogance. You were given many many opportunities to help at the time and chose not to. Also, your video testimonials will be the epitome of fake reviews...
