I wanted to thank Bob for his above and beyond commitment to great customer service. I had been thinking about getting a prescription mask for sometime. I finally decided to go for it, but unfortunately for me I decided too late - or so I thought. I visited the shop the week before I was due to fly to Cairns. I explained my situation to Bob, and he said he could have the mask by the time I left. We were to leave on Tuesday afternoon. Bob hand delivered the mask to me in Chatswood West on Monday evening! How is that for great customer service? And the mask was perfect! Thank you so much for your excellence. I highly recommend OzBob Scuba.
