Rang up wanting to service my gaming laptop as it was slowing down while playing games and in general. Matt asked me what the problems were and what the causes could be, after he instructed me with suggestions and software i could download and clean my computer with which fixed my computer right aware. All this information, pro bono, he could have easily taken my laptop and charged me or just not even me help and asked me to look else where, but to take his time and effort to help me out, really shows what type of business he has and what he is willing to do for his customers. Any future problems with my computers and laptops, i'll know who to call. Thanks Matt
