I walked into Bay Audio on a whim and was pleasantly surprised. Tracy and the ladies out the front are so friendly and helpful and immediately put me at ease. I was very impressed with Paula the Audiologist. She is a delightful person who is very professional but sensitive to the feelings of her clients. I have been wearing my new hearing aids which I purchased from Bay Audio Dee Why for two weeks now, and am absolutely thrilled with them. I can honestly say they have changed my life.
