The service was terrible; they lost my referral so I waited far longer than was necessary, they booked me in and didnt tell me the date of the booking so had I not called to follow up I would have missed the appointment that I waited SO long for! Charged me full price despite the fact they told me nothing! They told me to call if anything else was needed so I did call requesting a script, and have been waiting for over a month for a call back (despite the fact I have followed up several times). Appalling.
