They are attentive and have adapted treatments to suit my individual needs. The pools at Deakin and Majura Park are well suited to hydrotherapy. Highly recommended.
Capital Hydrotherapy have supported me through several injuries over the years, chronic shoulder pain from a work related injury and knee pain from ligament damage. I was in a "hard place" when my GP suggested I try Hydrotherapy to treat the major problems I was having with my shoulder and knee as a result of old injuries, I was struggling to walk without the aid of a stick and was in a lot of pain. When I started my hydrotherapy I wasn't expecting a miracle but after the therapy started and being dedicated to doing the exercises Kirra set for me to do I started to see results and I have now thrown the stick away and can now walk for an hour plus without any problems. I will be forever indebted to Kirra and her professional, dedicated staff for the quality of life I now have.
Kirra and the team at Capital Hydrotherapy have fixed my chronic lumbar spine pain multiple times (thanks to being a hands-on-tradie). Very friendly bunch with loads of experience on pool deck.
