DB Schenker is handling a delivery from Samsung for me, it's currently over a week late with no explanation. Despite being informed last week (after it should have arrived the first time) it would now arrive before 5pm on 16/12 it's location is still unknown and their customer service team are unable to tell me where it is, or return my calls. Utterly pathetic, avoid at all cost.
