Thank you so much to the amazing Ladies and team that manage the service division. You are what delivers the image to the forefront of the business at the cold face within company Customer Service. It is nothing short of exceptional and I would be extremely proud if I owned the company to have you working with me as a team in delivering goal achievement and focused business direction. Thanks again Tim.

This is one of many car dealers in Mildura. It has a variety of new and used vehicles. You can purchase parts directly from them and they have a full workshop for all services and repairs.
Staff were lovely, they seemed to do a good job. I'm just not used to that sort of speed at check.
They didn't want to help
This place sold my elderly father a second hand car that broke down less then 48 hours after purchase and now requires thousands of dollars of work to get back on the road, their response was to blame my father ( a Vietnam Veteran and TPI Pensioner) for not paying extra for warranty, and then they have washed there hands of any responsibility. Disgraceful!!!
A disgraceful display of deceit and dishonesty. After getting a service done they tell you that they have "found other issues" that need doing. They show you the itemised piece of paper with the details of the necessary work and then, in BOLD letters the AMOUNT DUE. Mine showed about 400.00 to do the work. He nudged me along to book it in so I did. Upon picking the vehicle up the next day I was presented with a bill of 1,400.00. Apparently the extra 1,000 was for labour. I (and anyone else) assumed that the "AMOUNT DUE" on the service and repair quote was just that, the total amount due. Why would I need to see just the cost of the parts- I was not going to take the parts and do the job myself? Blatant deceit and underhandedness. They should be held accountable for this type of highway robbery. How many elderly and financially disadvantaged people have fallen for this trap? Now I see how Davison Motors Group has become so wealthy. And remember- money leads to power, and power leads to corruption.
Good and friendly service
