Was purchasing a vw off them was being constantly contacted by them, had a change of circumstances and couldn't purchase the car right at this moment, after non replied texts and finally a phone call I have finally waited 9 days to get my refund processed which still hasn't turned up Rang today to speak about where my deposit was and spoke to a manager that told me that purchases were more important than refunds and they are focusing on sales not refunds. Nice to know that everyone gets treated equally. I will be purchasing my vw elsewhere and also after reading other reviews looks like I dodged a bullet from purchasing from that dealer anyway
