Rude operator and shoddy and careless work. Drilled right through our stormwater line (abundantly apparent where it was) and didn’t tell us. The guy who did the drilling was especially obnoxious, implying that it was our fault even though he was clearly informed of the pipe's location beforehand and there was a rather obvious line of depression in the ground where the pipe ran. EDIT: I have amended this review to 2 stars as Andrew did arrange to have the stormwater pipe fixed. Following the pipe being fixed, however, I then did not hear anything from them for a month and a half (here I am thinking he's waived the price due to the mistakes...?) I then received an invoice for the full amount. I've never waited so long to be charged from a tradie before, and received such little communication. Quite bizarre.
Andrew and the team are great to work with. Listened to our requests, communicated well and delivered on time. SoilTesters are a beacon in the building industry that often under-delivers on customer service. Big thanks for helping out. They're my go-to engineers now.
