It is refreshing to have found an agency that appreciates beauty beyond the trends and requirements of the traditional fashion industry. I'm at a place in my modelling career where I'm booking jobs with girls from agencies that told me they'd never hire someone of my height or told me that there was no work for my look 'right now', over and over again. Wink has been a predominant pioneer in diversifying the industry, they have opened up jobs for people who wouldn't have had many opportunities before. They've helped a young woman learn to appreciate her own beauty and stop wishing she looked like someone else (that's me, by the way). I'm lucky to be backed by a hardworking, warm and respectful team that shares the same values as me.
If I could post minus stars I would. Ana (I think her name was) was a nightmare and blatantly rude when I enquired about talent and the possibility of ongoing work, have now taken my work elsewhere. Would NEVER have her represent my company. I would recommend never using this so called 'business'. Fearful of what their other clients/ talent and employees are subject to.
I've worked with WINK multiple times now, and each time is always so effortless! Professional, friendly staff and models, great rates. Each shoot has always been a big success. Can't recommend enough.
