I called at 5.20pm knowing they closed at 6pm and they fitted me in before they closed. Great service especially after I attended a different medical center at 5.10pm and was told they had no doctors on duty that evening. They also closed at 6pm. Odd .

DO NOT BOTHER TO COME! There are some other GPS around this area! The Male GP was not helpful at all and the nurse who did my testing don’t want to work there for sure! They don’t even bother to wear masks themselves, and the whole experience just made me feel worse. The prescription I got made the pharmacist doubt because it doesn’t even make sense.... the doctor double booked himself and the receptionist was not contributing any help! Seriously don’t come here!!!! (ALSO!!!!!!testing results come out in two working days, but don’t let the doctor put you on a SUNDAY because it’s unnecessary and he could claim more!!! So unethical and irresponsible!!)

The attendants and doctors are really tactful and helpful. I strongly recommend the Medical Centre.

Dr. James Lam listens to you and he's very professional. Great and trustworthy doctor indeed.

Just terrible. I saw Dr Pejman Amini the day after the death of a loved one regarding my mental wellbeing because my regular GP was booked out and Dr Amini apparently "specialises" in mental health according to the medical centre's website. I went on a quiet weekday in normal business hours with zero other patients in the waiting room, and still, my consultation lasted about 60 seconds. Those 60 seconds had two occurrences. The first, well, uh, Dr Amini forgot that he was in Sydney and assumed we were both in Brisbane... I don't even know what to say about it, except maybe chuckle? Secondly, his specialisation of treating mental health issues was on full display, as he quickly wrote a script for some benzos, slapped the paper down on his desk in front of me and said "I hope you start feeling better, see you next time". So yeah, avoid him at all costs. All he cares about is getting patients in and out - even when no one is waiting to see him. It'd be completely laughable if it wasn't, you know, about his pathetic response regarding my mental health when my mother had just suddenly died.

Receptionists need some serious customer service training. I didn't see any staff with a mask on, when they expect patients to have one. The wait was slightly longer than the time we were told, but that was pretty fine. The nurse was like adamant on receiving payment even before the blood tests. I won't recommend this.

Dr. James Lam is amazing, Knowledgeable and professional. He took his time to understand my issues/ symptoms and provide explanations to me. Dr. Shirish Pankar is a NO GO - exact same poor treatments like with all the other comments. He asked me to reserve a follow up booking on a Sunday twice for no reasons and never gave me any diagnoses.
