Loved their cold truffle tomato ramen - quite different and fresh. Pricing is reasonable, lovely chill vibe.

Best Ramen I've tried in Sydney so far. Fantastic broth, perfectly cooked noodles. Worth the wait time.

New nice and balanced ramen, was packed with lengthy queues but worth the wait. The soup was packed with flavour however the thickness of the soup did make my stomach a bit uneasy.

Good vibes and decor, with a distinctive soup base for both their normal and vegetarian ramen options. the chilli coriander ramen had a flavour profile that ramps up over time and while it wasn't quite to my liking the concept was great. Their eggs are quite delicious though. We also tried the watermelon sundae on the specials board which was just a weird mish mash of fruit, cereal, sorbet and mochi. Not the best nor authentic ramen but definitely a unique experience.

It's like you're eating a lot of spicy Coriender ramen. I ate basic ramen and as expected, there was a salty taste unique to Japanese ramen. I felt similar to the ramen I ate in Japan. Employees are kind too! They don't accept cash.

So this maybe a little bias as I'm a big ramen fan I was recommended chaco ramen For its vegetarian ramen. But when i got here i couldnt go past the seafood option on the menu For 19 bucks a bowl its a bit over priced for what its The flavour is ok Its strong .. The soup size is small The noodles are smallish (im glad i ordered a second lot) Toppings was limited The only reason i would say the price was high because it said seafood on the menu.. but really that was just 1 prawn wonton and seafood soup The one big let down i had was the wings for korrage chicken It made eating them fingers on It Should of been done with a fillet of breast .. or thigh so we could of atleast ate with chop sticks Flavour of the wingets was sweet There in house soju was sour... Would i eat it again... its ramen so yea But i would probly just try the vegetarian bowl

Great customer service and even better ramen, generous serving size. The chicken was so soft and tender that I thought it was raw/undercooked but I had never had chicken that was so perfectly cooked before. The pork was also very juicy and not fatty (which I prefer).

Overall food was tasty and reasonably priced, though the soup base was a little on the salty side for my liking. I enjoyed the karage chicken on the bone. The yuzu scallop broth was relatively unique. There’s no booking or waitlist, so be prepared to stand in line if it’s busy.
