I am a small business owner and operator, and there are jobs that I wouldn't touch due to no money in it. These guys taught me a little lesson over a 15 dollar sale.,this was a key for a flexiglass canopy. December is a retailers and fabricators busiest time of the year, these guys ordered the key and it arrived 3 days later. Sure if you understand Business, they probably lost money as they called me to let me know flexiglass had it in stock the called me to tell me it was ready for pick up. Sure other people as in "public" don't understand how demanding you can be or what can go wrong, that's why my business is trade only. So hats off to this crew and to flexiglass for there efficient service, as without keys to a canopy it's an open box.

Horrible. First, I placed an order through Autosafe and they sent me to this distributor. Upon arriving, no one greeted me at all. Then when I was finally served, there was incompetence from the start. The clerk, which turned out to be the OWNER, seemed clueless. I received part numbers for window guards and he didnt seem to know when looking into the system. We ordered the guards, waited 10 days and when they were ready I did not receive a call as promised. I arrived to get my order and pay balance only to see thst the guard looked too small for our new 2020 Toyota Hiace. I was assured they correct. I went to van and tested it only find the side window guard was incorrect even that part number didn't match the invoice. When verifying the part number with the owner, I was acting like it was my fault as if I made the mistake. He said he will call them in the morning and give me a call. He calls and tells me a mistake was made by Autosafe and that they dont even make one for side window and he will issue refund. I show up to receive refund with mask on, he comes out without the mask covering his face answering my questions of what is going on. Then he tells me to pull mask over my nose and starting be rude about it not being over my nose but he just had covered his own Conclusion: he was RUDE and incompetent doing buisness. Was refusing my refund if i hadn't covered my nose. I will never do business here or refer it. They are unprofessional. And this was THE OWNER. I hope is wasnt because I am a BLACK AMERICAN. Despicable.
