I used their road sweeping services a few weeks ago as a prerequisite for a larger contract that my customer had appointed us to review their services in advance of appointing EnviroSweep for a major contract in Victoria. The operator advised that he had failed drug tests which explained his behaviour during the day which was inconsistent to put it bluntly. The truck was over 10 years old and broke down. The truck was in visually poor condition on arrival despite being advised that they have a late model fleet of vehicles. Extremely concerning that they have drug users in heavy vehicles and needless to say, our feedback wasn't positive. Also, the customer service and communication from the branch was very poor - we found them to be arrogant and unhelpful which we have had heard of from other contacts in the industry.
