My husband and I run a patisserie. The past couple of days, we have been trying to keep our freezer room going until Monday, in order for our fridge mechanic to get the parts required. We have been able to kick start it and keep it going on periodically. Until Sunday night (tonight), when we really thought the compressor was finally gone and we were faced with the possibility of losing thousands of dollars worth of stock, not to mention hours of blood, sweat and tears worth of labour. I tried my luck with this company on a Sunday night and I got to speak to a lady named Ros. What can I say... maybe it was the sheer manic in my voice, Ros was extremely prompt, professional and understanding. She was most helpful and ready to send someone to drive a freezer truck over to our shop that same night! Gave us a very reasonable rate and all the information required in matter of minutes. To our surprise, our freezer decided to start again after several hours of it not working. We didn't end up needing to use this company tonight and felt most embarrassed and terrible for wasting their valuable time. Nevertheless, we now know to use this company when we need to hire a freezer/fridge truck. It is reassuring to know that there is a company as such who actually values your potential business, understands your problem, offers a solution and acts promptly...and on top of that, Ros offered kindness as well. I would recommend this company in a heartbeat. Well done and stay well in these difficult times.

Well well well. Where do I begin. I thought I would hire a refrigerated vehicle once and just get the job done but now I’m hooked onto these guys as they have given me the best service and great rates. Tony , Ros and Mike have been the best example of an honest true business experience For the consumer. There are hundreds of businesses out there trying to Make money without showing any human connection with their customers and only treating them as a figure But COOL CAR RENTALS have reinstated humanity with their awesome service. I recommend highly to use their services as you will never be disappointed 10/10 Customer service 10/10 responsive and supportive 10/10 Friendliness 10/10 vehicles very well maintained and always clean 10/10 customer Demand and requirements looked after Thanks guys and keep up the amazing work.
