Nice outdoor colkection under one roof. They had wooden, marble, treated pv sets in their collection. The wicker sets are all treated pv plastics but look high quality. In comparison to Lavita furniture and outdoor direct furniture, Bay gallary has more outdoor options. Prices are cheaper than Lavita but compareable to outdoor furniture direct. Bonus -Friendly staff.

Very helpful and polite customer service in this covid19 crisis, right down to the delivery driver. A phone call ensured stock was available in their Melbourne warehouse prior to ordering and lightning delivery followed. There are cheaper options out there, but the quality of my outdoor furniture is second to none. Very satisfied.

Excellent communication with this company and product I purchased was a 10 seat dining set. Placed order online on a Sunday and was phoned following day to confirm and given estimate of delivery date Day before delivery phone call again to confirm time of delivery and on the actual day once again phoned one hour before delivery The actual product is awesome and delivery was on time and was setup for us and all packaging taken away Highly recommend to select the option of rubbish being taken away as cardboard packages for table and 10 chairs is a lot
