Had a warranty claim on my Ariston washing machine. The machine come with a 5 year warranty, however after 3 1/2 years has a problem with the door lock and also the computer board. All well and good being under warranty and is covered under the warranty, the issue is actually getting someone to come and fix it. Going to take a month. This is not good enough. If it wasn't under warranty, I could have had a technician here the day after it stopped working and they could have fixed it. This is putting aside the fact that a washing machine should not be having issues after 3 1/2 years anyway.

I bought a seconds bar fridge from Arisit after receiving fairly prompt follow-up, upon requesting photos of the fridge's condition. What ensued was THE paragon of subpar customer service. The fridge was delivered to another customer in Western Australia (I'm Victoria based). The company did not alert me to the fact, despite my constant calls and emails to the company over the delivery delays (it was the honest and baffled recipient of my fridge who called me - five stars for their customer service). The fridge finally arrived significantly damaged and I'm currently a week in and still yet to hear from them via email or phone. Deplorable.
Came here to pickup a new rangehood, no parking in rear, was rushed by a trucker because I was parked for 5 minutes, spent the whole time waiting for my invoice. Clear out the customer parking if you don't like my parking genius, I'm a customer, what was I supposed to do?
Oven door exploded twice while doing a pyrolytic clean. Janet is the MOST argumentative person I have ever come across in my life. Do not deal with this company. Had to involve the ACCC over a oven door. Unbelievably incompetent on all levels. I do not even want to put one star.
The worst business I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. Have been trying for 2 weeks to get a straight answer on a warranty claim only to be told they will call back which never happens. Avoid like the plague.
customer service is bad. whenever you call, theyre gunna put ya in hold and let you wait, then put the line on hold again creating and endless loop. avoid this company at all costs.
I bought a bbq cover in April. It was a total pain to order this from their spare parts division in the first place. Now, it is December, I received the wrong cover in April, I have been calling consistently over the last 8 months to get the wrong one picked up, and the right one sent out. Or even just a refund! I get a different response every time. USELESS do not buy from them
Had a faulty rangehood fan ,rang the warranty department they took my details and it was fixed with a new motor without any problems.
