It was a nightmare experience. I got 80 % of my right face, 10 % of my left face was burnt after the 2nd pigmentation treatment. At that night I could not sleep due to being pain , even I had taken pain killer. I only was asked to come to see the staff who did the treatment for me, she told me my skin was burnt, then arranged me to see their doctor , but after 3 days later, ie , my skin was burnt on Friday, I was arranged to see their doctor on next wednesday. I saw my own GP, he gave me antibiotic and one week sick leave. I wrote complaint in their website, but no any response.
