Food was barely warm had to take it back. Poor customer service
Ordered 4 meals, all the meals were as if they were pre-owned. Original tenders box came with half a tender and in the bag that was supposed to hold the tenders was a bread roll. Each meal was squashed and sad. The lettuce on the meals seemed so old and it was so dry, really unpleasant. My meal which came with a piece of chicken, came with the smallest piece which literally had no chicken on it. My most unpleasant and disgusting experience having kfc.
More often than not food items are "out of stock". Staff are poorly trained, including members who have been there well past any probation period. Incompetent at directing customers to the waiting queue. I love waiting 3 extra minutes for each old lady who doesn't know how to organise their purse in an efficient manner. Of the last 4 times I've visited, I've walked away with no food. Each encounter being more frustrating (yet expected) than the last. If it wasn't for their location they would be one of the worst performing KFCs in Victoria. Edit: to the owner, if you want to fix the issues with your shop, fire the entire staff, including the manager and put a whole new team through training. Obviously discipline and re-training is not working for your current roster. And as the owner, be more present to oversee staff to ensure they are performing at least adequately. The work culture is non-existent. I will not be coming back until I see staff I don't recognise. I have supervised restaurant staff before and have let go of employees that were better performers than anyone in your shop. Your staff have been there too long to be providing such poor service.

9 minutes ago In general the young staff are lovely , doing their job ... but there is one lady I presume is a manager , Dani i think , she is so rude to her staff and to patrons , very down grading to the kids working there , she is either badly trained herself or just not management material , either way she just does not belong in that role , especially if KFC Dandenong are trying to promote a healthy workforce/environment
Worst customer service that I have ever experienced. Workers were extremely rude and my chicken was super oily and salty. Disgusting.
