Kabul Jewelers is such a wonderful place with an incredible selection of fine jewelry. Mr. Juma very honest and truly takes his time with any questions or concerns you may have. He re-set my engagement ring to lower it a bit and you would never know any work was even done to my ring. It’s absolutely perfect! I’m so happy with it that I’m also having Kabul jewelers do a custom ring for me . Thank you again for such a wonderful experience!

We drove almost 100 kms from west and spent almost 3 hrs and choose good amount of Gold and they cancelled our dealing just for 20 ...the worst service Not recommended Poor
They have the worst customer service. This afternoon I took my silver Identity bracelet which I bought it for my partner as valentine gift to get resized. Since it’s identity style it’s has the same number of hocks on both sides and we asked them to take one off from each side so it makes it even. They charged us 35 and told us to come bk after 2 hrs. Went bk for pick up, found out that one side has 5 hocks and the other side has 7. We explained to the jeweller (Jawad) that due to its style it’s impossible to wear it one side short and one side long since the jeweller is very unprofessional would not understand what is even identity style bracelet and how it’s styles and how it should be worn. They denied of their mistake and didn’t even bother to apologise or offer to fix our bracelet. If you love your jewellery and want to resize it never trust them coz they will ruin it for you.
Rude worst customer service. Don't recommend at all. Will never buy from them again...
