Great staff , super friendly had some trouble ordering stock with other suppliers, but not fm very quick with delivery, and cheap might I add , Great company all round, evan when you have problems they are there too help , especially soula she knows her stuff

Thank you so much to ALL the Staff at F M HomeTech - they were so helpful and professional with organising the replacement of our ducted vacuum system main unit which had finally given up after 11 years of being worked to death. The new unit which is a Maxvac Gen-3 system is absolutely brilliant and I reckon it has at least 50 % more suction power than our original unit. Plus Peter (Manager) talked me into buying the TK2 Turbo Brush head (as an option) which is wonderful for lifting the pile on our carpet which had looked a little tired after 11 years. Thanks once again guys, my wife and I are just so pleased with the way you have helped us with both our Home Security and Ducted Vacuum systems for our home ....
Peter was amazing. Our CBUS system had completely crashed after a power outage. Over the phone Peter diagnosed the problem, helped us get our security system back online and organised for a call out. Top notch service that I'm hugely grateful for. Thank you Peter and Soula.
