Took my car here for a schefuled service, half was done on the first visit and had to return for it to be finished the following week. That wouldn't normally bother me, what did was the firstly, the lies about the service being completed and secondly after realising I knew what I was talking about was the excuses. To top it off, the service staff member actually told us to get our MG serviced elsewhere. Sadly this is the downside of MG. The cars are fantastic value and quality. But the Sales staff and service departments are seriously letting the brand down and as a result giving it a bad name. There are some great MG dealerships around, this is not one of them
