My parcel went missing for five months because they simply did not bother to deliver it. I work at a large hospital with a loading dock that is open from 8.30 to 4.30 everyday, except public holidays, so there is no excuse for not being able to deliver an item. They simply returned my parcel to the DAI warehouse and then designated it as 'delivered'. I spent weeks trying to track down the item, thinking it was gone for good before discovering this. Once I made contact explaining this, onsite staff were very helpful and went out of their way to deliver the item by Australia post in a timely manner, so I'm giving three stars for this good service. But in all reality, the item should have been delivered months ago and no one made a single attempt to contact me or the sender to let me know what had happened.

I had an important parcel being delivered from overseas, and on the day of delivery the partner courier did not deliver it and marked it as 'return to sender' without contacting or notifying me in any way. Luckily I noticed and DAI Post's customer service team were extremely helpful via phone and email in working through solutions. Best of all, they were able to intercept my parcel before it was returned to USA and even delivered it express via Australia Post. I provide speech therapy to children and this specialist resource was very valuable for this reason. This is definitely the best, most positive, experience I've had chasing down a missing parcel. Thanks to all on the team at DAI that helped me!

I waited 2 months for my parcel which had an estimated time of arrival of 1-2 weeks. The tracking was awful and the courier provided fake excuses for not being able to deliver the package which left me furious. Despite of all this I haven't given DAI a 1 star review. This is because they provided adequate support once I had complained and when requested, passed the package onto a different service. I really do appreciate the fact they did this. After my experience I would not recommend DAI post but I must admit they put effort into rectifying the issue.

Simply amazing, DAI Post should be the role model for other couriers in the industry. Precise and attentive customer support (unlike their competitor gets their robot to talk to you which doesnt understand anything), and able to rectify address that was input incorrectly by seller and re-sent the parcel promptly. Thank you!

Whilst the customs clearance for overseas parcels can sometimes be frustrating, the Customs Team at DAI were methodical in their communications and most professional in their dealings with me and ensuring my parcel was received with as minimal delays as possible. Marie Joy was helpful and patient with me also.
