My partner and I recently got married in January and had our bespoke wedding bands created by Cushla Whiting. We worked with the wonderful Amelia to create our bands, and we cannot speak highly enough of her. We started the process during a hard COVID lockdown, and from the beginning she was so kind, reassuring, helpful, creative and thoughtful. She guided us through the design process to create the most exquisite and unique rings, we couldn’t be happier with the final product. In general all the staff are so lovely, and the quality of the finished product was superb, we are obsessed with our rings! Cushla and her team really did exceed in every aspect of the ring buying experience. Purchasing solely based of pics and videos (as an International customer) can be a bit concerning. However, their thoroughness and sales process was trusting, informative and transparent. That goes without mentioning, the incredibly beautiful ring that was made for my now fiance!

While the process of creating our engagement ring was seamless, the care and service that I had throughout was the thing that stood out to me (as well as how beautiful the ring is)! Even after the ring was delivered, Cushla and the team were in contact asking how the proposal went. The team communicated and contacted me however I chose and I was notified and kept up to date at every step of the process - which wasn't long at all once I had settled on a design. No question was too hard to answer and if I requested to see more options, they were through the following day if not sooner. The process was really easy from interstate without being able to travel to Melbourne through COVID. The ring is exactly what my partner wanted and turned out exactly as promised through all the videos, design images and descriptions.
