I have never been so frustrated about the customer service from a company in my life. It has taken over a year to get curtains and blinds fitted to our appartments. I accept that we were given a.discount. However, the lack of notifications and the shambles of their customer support is unbelievable. They need to understand that the money customers pay is for a service not for them to dictate and ignore their customers. Would not recommend them for any work.

Just bought some drapes from Glenda and she was so very knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend this store to not only bag a good quality bargain but being assisted by a lady who truly knows her stuff and is willing to share her expertise with her customers.

Customer service is non existent and still waiting 6 months later for the second correct installation of my curtains as the first time around they were to short. Lack of communication is a huge issue I have been the one chasing them up constantly.

The short woman with the red hair lacks customer service and a smile. Just saw ger shoosh off a customer because she was on the phone. When she got off the phone I asked if she could help me and she said, "just wait!" "Then continued with, "just check yourself you may be able to figure it out!" Must have woke up on the wrong side of bed this morning. Thanks but no thanks, never spending my money here.
