Placing a special order is a waste of time. They don't return phone calls and you have to constantly follow up with them. Don't take people's name and phone numbers if you do not intend to follow up with the order. I am referring to the lack of follow up and saying you will ring back and don't. I am not referring to the difficulty you apparently had in getting the product. However, I managed to get the exact same product when I googled it and it arrived within 5 days. Just saying......

Great plants, prices and service! I bought some culinary herbs here a few weeks ago, all were a good size and well priced. The woman who served me also gave me advice on what soil to use. All of my plants are happily thriving, I will be shopping here again!
