Great place to visit with friends or your partner, or with the family and kids. It’s a large park, easy to get around on the mini train and excellent animal shows. Absolutely love that you can touch and hold the animals.

This place was so much fun for the family! It may have been raining but that didn't stop the staff from all being extremely helpful and kind, the miniature train is an absolute blast, it felt good buying things there as well knowing it goes back into helping the wildlife. And I know I said this already but I cannot talk highly enough of the staff, absolutely beautiful people, made the whole experience even more enjoyable for my family

The place is beautiful. There is animals in everywhere. You can touch them and you can feed them. There is a bit problem with covid safe in the door for the gates where don't every door has hand sanitisers (some have, some don't) and to go in in the gates or go out you have to touch the handles. Apart of that everything is great

They place high value on understanding the importance of conversation here which is great. Bird show would highly recommend. The new area with the red pandas and tree kangaroos was awesome!

Wow!! NO!! Great walk but other than that boring. As boring as Australia zoo. Both need a good shake up. If you want to spend a hundred dollars for a couple to take a bush walk then this is the place. And make sure you're hungry so you can spend sixteen dollars on a hamburger that has the be the worse burger that you will ever eat!! And for the caretaker's, while we are going through a pandemic and people are being told to wash their hands often and for 20 seconds. Don't have your bathroom taps set to automatically stop after 2.5 seconds so people have to keep touching them to restart the tap. And try checking your soap dispensers once in a while!!

Amazing! Wonderful day out! Did the Tree Tops first and then the zoo. So beautiful and well set out. Nice animal displays. Went to the burger place and we had a bowl each! So tasty and affordable and fresh! We were really impressed and happy and zoo food is infamous for being rubbish and expensive! Hand hygiene places everyday! Tick! Tick! Will come back again

Loved the dingo walking experience the photo opportunities with the Black Headed python, Wedgetail Eagle and Barking Owl. Enjoyed the presentation and shows... Lost Valley was a big highlight and train was great getting around ..

A fab place for people of all ages. This place is huge (27acres) and very well designed. You can easily spend the whole day here without feeling tired. Lots of animals to see and touch / hold. Lots of places to eat. Great splash park and adventure playground for kids and the place is safe and clean. The gift shop has some lovely items too. It’s a must visit for anyone visiting or living here. You will not be disappointed and we should support the great work this place and its volunteers do.
