Purchasing our new vehicle from Sunshine Toyota, I found everyone professional, personable and highly efficient The front reception staff are on their game, we were directed to the table area waiting room, after telling them what we were interested in. At all times we were informed of the process and who would be assisting us. Dylan was fantastic, he listened to what we said, showed us what we had been interested in, and then without knowing what we drove, showed us what we eventually bought! Abby was informative and very helpful explaining the extras package, and getting that sorted! Michael was highly efficient in securing our paper work, finance and all of that stuff. The whole process has been efficient and pleasurable and 100% hassle free!! THANK YOU SUNSHINE TOYOTA!!

Friendly service and I got a competitive deal. Where they let themselves down in my instance was the execution. They could improve by being more proactive with their ordering of accessories so they they arrive at the same time the vehicle is scheduled. This caused my vehicle to be delayed by a month and could have been avoided. Also they never proactively chased up payment of invoice with my financier and I was told payment hadn’t been made on the day before pick up. I then had to chase up with both parties and the funds didn’t clear in time for scheduled pick up. Delayed further by another week. Then when I collected my car the ladder rack at the rear was shorter than the one at the front. A clear QA issue that I expect would have been picked up. This is the 3rd time I have brought a Toyota and unfortunately the least pleasant experience I have had.
