Cupitt's Estate Reviews | Rating 4.7 out of 5 stars (8 reviews)

Cupitt's Estate is located in Ulladulla, Australia on 58 Washburton Rd. Cupitt's Estate is rated 4.7 out of 5 in the category brewery in Australia. With spectacular views of rolling green hills and vineyards, Cupitt's is a boutique winery, microbrewery, fromagerie and restaurant located on the NSW South Coast just inland from some of Australia's best beaches. Founded and lead by the Cupitt family - Rosie, Griff, Tom, Libby and Wally - we handcraft wines, small-batch craft ales and lager, artisan cheese and experiences along with incredible food at our restaurant, Cupitt's Kitchen. Inspired by family, community and the beauty of our south coast location Cupitt's is a living testament to sustainable, homegrown and local thanks to produce from our gardens, livestock, vineyards and local dairy farmers. Wander our estate with a new batched brew in hand, enjoy lunch and dinner on the Cupitt's Kitchen deck with family and friends, learn about artisan cheese from matriarch Rosie Cupitt or join us for a range of food, wine and brewery experiences year-round. The Cellar Door is open everyday from 10am - 5pm. The winemaker, Wally Cupitt produces handmade wines with minimal intervention that directly reflect the region in which they are grown and are a perfect accompaniment to food. We encourage guests to pair wines with their meals to enhance the dining experience. Rosie Cupitt, formerly the winemaker now is the Head Cheesemaker. Cupitt Fromagerie was established in 2015, producing both Goats and Cows milk cheeses in a European style. Our cheeses are all made and matured using traditional techniques and are inspired by Rosie's travels and training throughout the great cheese producing regions in France and Italy. We make a variety of cheese which are very unique but also cheese we love to eat! Beer is another passion at Cupitt's and our microbrewery 'Cupitt Craft Brewers' has been operating since October 2014. Winemakers Wally and Tom Cupitt dreamed for many years about opening a brewery on the property to pair local produce with their beer as well as wine. Please come and take a look, we would love to welcome you

Top spot with great food, wines and of course, craft beers. Took the kids, and although I don’t think it set up as a family spot, we were looked after and they had a great time running around on the hill. The beer was great and the run down from the team at Cupitt’s on each was well worth the trip alone. Will be back for sure.

A phenomenal winery, restaurant and all around experience. Don't want to dine fancily? Book the deck or the lawn for a more casual but nonetheless devine food. Booze your thing? Book a tasting and visit the shop to pick up some wine, beer, cheese and other fabulous goodies. But that's not the best part. Cupitt's is also dog friendly if you dine on the lawn. What more do you need?

Lunch in Jan 2021 was fabulous. 15/20. It had been six years since I was last there and the whole experience has lifted from what was already a good regional restaurant. The Aussie contemporary tasting menu (85/head) covers a full range of ingredients with the winery garden providing the fresh as fresh vegetables and salad. The view across the vineyards, the (renovated?) light and airy dining room with very well spaced tables just adds to the experience. The service was a standout; relaxed but knowledgeable and on point.

The set tasting menu at Cupitts never fails to impress! Wines are absolutely delicious too. Such relaxed but efficient staff make for an awesome atmosphere, would highly recommend. Beautiful setting and great for a sundown wine or two

Fantastic dining experience. Loved the shared-set menu, no ordering or decisions required! Great diverse menu. Catered for dietary requirements with no fuss. Fantastic beer and wine selection. Loved the Hibiscus Wit Beer!

Another visit...another excellent meal. This time we ate on 'the deck'...with the bar menu - we chose an assortment of plates to share - good choice. The cheeses platter was quality (especially the gorgonzola style one and the aged goats cheese) and the home made/grown dips were excellent. We had the wine tasting selection (x 5) - another good choice. The only thing I really missed was the inter-action with any staff.....I did go and ask someone about the cheeses but the self service way (at the moment) doesn't help what you want to know and talk about the choices when ordering.

Cannot recommend this place enough! Staff were so lovely and the vibe is out of this world. Wine is simply delicious, probably a good thing we don't live closer otherwise my bank account would be empty. Can't wait for our next visit.

Awesome view me and my wife got a table on the lawn. There is a stage unfortunately we only caught the last song but they have live music which is good. Friendly staff. Good food.
