Horrible ! No customer service what so ever. The staff was walking around having a chat and laugh with each other. Two staff just having a chat and taking selfie on their phones. Noone even said hi or even asked if we needed help . Originally I was going to purchase something but after that experience, I would rather take my business somewhere else.

I loved the store, walking up the stairs if felt like I was entering a club. Loud Tunes, hard to talk over but I enjoyed it. Super helpful staff great energy good vibes from the whole crew. They Have a massive selection there is something for everyone here. I was happy with my purchases Great store, fantastic staff. Massive thank you to Kate and Dee the "Behind the scenes crew" very helpful And prompt with rectifying issues I had in the past. I can not express how great this team is as a whole apart from leaving a 5 star review.

Best outfits. If you want to stand out and be different cultures kings is the place to be. The staff are super helpful and even helped carry our bags to the car! Highly recommended.
