Tier 1 service and product quality. Custom ring and stone - turned out better than I could've hoped for. Cullen Moissanite was such an easy and reliable team to work with. Ben assisted diligently through the design process and easily met target timelines, he put my mind at ease with quick responses to queries and welcomed frequent check-ins at the office. We are extremely impressed with the final product and I cannot recommend Ben and the team highly enough!

Absolutely love love love my ring I haven't stopped getting compliments on my ring. Ben has been wonderful since day 1. He sent me all details that I needed the moment I contacted him. He invited partner and I to try some rings once the restrictions were eased and I'm very happy that he did because I thought I liked a ring that I saw on the website but once I tried it, it wouldn't have matched my lifestyle. Ben definitely helped my partner and I to make an informed decision. He accommodated my requests and has been very patient with us. I loved the service. Cannot speak highly enough of the whole process. Definitely recommend Cullen Moissanite without hesitation..️
