I'm so glad I found this place. Anne is a brilliant teacher and my home is full of the artworks I've made at The Artory. The best art teacher ! Would highly recommend to anyone of any level of experience.

I have done 3 water painting terms with Anne plus 1 drawing term. I had never painted with water paints prior and I'm so happy with my results. The combination of Anne's way of explaining multiple techniques in a very simple way makes it nearly impossible to do a bad painting. It really is the high-light of my week. I feel blessed that some one of Anne's capabilities can give me (an amateur) art lessons of such a high calibre. Anne's not only an amazing artist but a truly lovely gentle person. I really am honoured to be taught by her. I couldn't speak more highly of Anne.

Artory Art classes are fantastic! In 9 weeks I have learnt so many skills in drawing and I have produced some pieces of art of which I am really proud. Anne is an excellent teacher - organised, knowledgeable and she allows/encourages each artist to work at their own skill level. Whether her lessons are face-to-face or online you can rest assured that you will have a giggle, relax, learn and CREATE!

Artory has a great art space for creativity. … you need not consider yourself to be an artist. Creating is an expression of yourself, when you create something, you feel the ability of having accomplished something of value. The classes are tutored by skilled practicing artist who are attentive and friendly.

What an awesome way to spend a couple of hours (or a day trip!) igniting your creative fire in Beautiful Kingscliff. The studio has a great vibe. The teachers are positive and inventive and the students do really fantastic work and are often surprised at what they can achieve with a little tuition and time set aside to nurture their creativity.
