Amazing service!!! I was a little unsure about going here, and it’s hard to find (you have to go inside, it’s like a small shopping mall) but I’m so glad I did. They were happy to fix my cheap but sentimental necklaces. I will definitely go back, such lovely service!

Great jewellery shop. Chantelle helped my fiancé source the diamond and helped me with choosing the right setting to go with it. She made us both feel comfortable with our decisions and it never felt like a pressured sale. Also, if they have the right setting at the store, they can set your diamond within an hour! Very good service and highly recommended

My wife needed her bracelet repaired. We tried a couple of jewellers at Highpoint Shopping Centre - both of which quoted exorbitant prices to repair it. I googled and cane across this store and I’m glad I did! Not only did they offer a different solution to the others - the price was significantly cheaper, they did the job on the spot , even cleaned the bracelet and the young woman who served us was ever so helpful. We’ll definitely be back and recommend this store to all we know.
