Can not fault these guys at all. The process from start to installation was great. Mark gave me a rough price when I was in the shop and came out to measure and bring out samples. They were ordered and installed within 4 weeks. Ended up needing an extra blind to match which they were able to do in just a few days. The office ladies are lovely and the installation guys we kind and super efficient! Best of all tbe blinds look great and do the job brilliant. Thanks

The first contact was with Kim and she could not have been more helpful and friendly. The installation date was booked and the installer Alex, was friendly and on time and our blinds were up and working within an hour. Alex explained everything and made sure I wad happy with the blinds and made sue there was no mess before he left. I called Kim that afternoon with a question about one of the blinds and she made sure I was 100% happy. Will definetely use Crystal Blinds for our next lot of renovations. The best place to purchase your outdoor blinds. They make folding arm awnings and indoor blinds too. Also have a great selection of floor covering options including modern soft feel timber looking alternatives. These guys know their stuff.
Four years ago, we had indoor roller blinds and pelmets installed. The initial quote, advice and service was excellent. Looked great. We’ve now gone back to Crystal Image Blinds as we have just completed a new outdoor/ alfresco deck area. They installed Ziptak outdoor blinds – no fuss, no messing around, did what they say they would and on time plus a great price.
