Great service from Croydon Toyota, I just purchased my new Hilux Rogue edition from them. They tried to secure a Silver Sky one for me but no luck. Best thing was they were honest and open about it the whole way through. Loving my pearl white one anyway and have had heaps of comments from other jealous tradies. Lachlan secured awesome finance, better than I could get from my friend who is a banker and also better insurance coverage at a cheaper rate than my insurance broker. A great team who made my first new car purchase an experience.

Quality and Honest Toyota Dealer. I have purchased two 4WDs from YVT, Croydon. I found the sales team over 5 plus years to be very honest and not mess you around, after sales the sales team stay in touch and do the little things that count. The service team are honest and have never tried to push me to over service for no reason. You can argue if dealer costs are too high, I have found them competitive, my cars have never missed a beat.

I have an old Toyota, like really old '79. Being a bit long in the teeth, it started to behave a bit sluggish and lame. I took this old Celica to Croydon Toyota and their reaction was priceless. They said, no worries, we will take good care of your little car. True to their word, they handled the car with extra TLC, and kept me informed of all the fair priced treatments they performed along the way. It is with great pride and joy that I am back in the saddle now, with a ride that is as good as a new spritely young stallion. Put a deposit on a car and drove over 3 hours to look at it, staff were good until the manger came out... said if we leave to go look at the other car they are selling it, didn’t even give us a day to make a big purchase. The reasoning he had was: he had golf on the weekend and had to get rid of it before then. Doesn’t care about customer service just wants money

I use on-line booking which I find quick and efficient. Booking is confirmed by email. A reminder is sent the day prior to service booking. Drop-off is efficient as vehicle details are printed and ready for confirmation. The vehicle was ready for collection by the stated time. At pick-up, work/service undertaken was explained. Staff were polite and friendly. I have never had any issues with the service/service staff.
