I would like to share .y terrible experience of the swvice I had with the female staff that she claimed name was Sam. She was provide negative star of service which first she did ask me to lay an incorrect amount and she did not apologies for the error. Then when I asked her nicely to pass forword the POS terminal so that I can see the correct amount, she replied was I can moved it myself and I told her that I would not like to touch the terminal due to the Covoid and the terminal could contemminated. She rwplied that if I am not happy to pay this way I can go..... which I didnot understand what her suggestion. However this is about 12.30 am and I do not have time for this but could management provide mlre or focus on the guest service to the staff.

The service was ordinary, nothing to rave about. The pump was clean and well maintained. The convenience store had a good variety of products and it was neatly presented. Oporto is located next to the pump and they share a common entrance. This store accepts velocity cards so an extra star from my side :)
Pump number 1. Just got my NOT empty 45l tank filled up with 46l of 95. Unacceptable. Callibrate your pumps!!!
This place is one of the few that have Dr Pepper. The exit is a little tricky to spot on your first time. You can go either side of the building.
Great staff, many undercover pumps in good condition. Wide range in store with a Nando's and cafe.
Hard to believe but the sell DAVID JONES chicken FRESH COOKED @8am and man is it tasty
Your BP have empty shelfs, I'm not sure how I could survive when you will close for couple weeks? However Thankyou for having a good team of workers.
