Excellent Japanese BBQ skewers My foodie wife is very pleased with our lunch. The staffs are very friendly and dedicated to the business and customers. Authentic and top-class toriyaki that tastes like directly air-dropped from Japan. The food is very fresh, clean and carefully prepared, which makes my chef wife marvelled and impressed. The selection of drinks are also excellent. 美味い

This place made me feel I was back in Japan. Really authentic experience and tasty yakitori and friendly staff, although it is a little on the pricier side. It is definitely worth a try for anyone seeking a Japanese food adventure in Sydney.

Best yakitori I have had outside of Japan. All the staff we interacted with were Japanese too. All the dishes were good to great aside from Ochazuke (lacked the usual salmon and other tidbits) and Quail eggs (weak sauce). The highlight would have been the chicken mince skewer with 63 degree egg.

Yakitori Yurippi is a great little restaurant in Crows Nest, located on the main strip, the hostess was really friendly and helpful. Skewers are reasonably priced and really delicious, all parts of the chicken are available and the skin is an absolute standout. Makes me miss Japan! Love this place, will be back

It’s usually pretty crowded so make sure you book. There is also a time limit on the bookings but its worth it. I recommend checking the menu earlier so once you arrive you don’t waste time deciding. Overall, great experience, the place is small and reminds you of Japan. You can get a nice Japanese beer to pair with the yakitori and well the food is just amazing. This is what we ordered ranked based on what I liked the most. For each one you have to order 2 minimum. Definitely want to go back and order some of the ones I missed! 1. Ox tongue 2. Pork jowl 3. Wagyu 4. Pork belly 5. Chicken thigh and scallops 6. Chicken meatball 7. Quail egg 8. Mushrooms We also ordered rice balls which one of each and would also order those again.

Our group had a great night at Yurippi. Food was delicious! Must-have: scallop, ox tongue, rice dumpling, cod Traveling has been banned, but we can still find pieces of Japan right in Sydney!

Right up there as one of my best yakitori experiences in sydney. Nice charry taste, the Wagyu beef was a standout. Soft and tender. Would happily go back for more
