We have synergy working for our block having more Than 90 apartments for the last 3 years from day one When all of us moved in they take care and manage Our block in a highly professional way. We never came a cross any problem, and when ever We need their help they are always there. Over all we are enjoying their services and safe from Covid 19. Do not engage synergy for cleaning services. The cleaners that have been allocated to our building are lazy and sloppy in their lack of work. Service started good, then cleaners started ignoring cleaning schedule doing a rush job. Have had to follow up numerous times. We have terminated services.

Our apartment block has been cleaned by synergy for the last 7 months and the cleanliness of our apartment keeps going downhill even though we are getting weekly cleans and paying too much. Most areas look like they have been untouched or made even more dirty by the use of a dirty mop. There are bird droppings on internal walls in the main foyer in clear view that have not been cleaned. All stains on floors have not been removed. We have made several complaints and no improvement at all in fact its getting worse. Although not much is done on a weekly basis anything we request is told it will be at an additional cost. Do NOT GO WITH Them.
