You can get the best Sashimi in Australia. The sushi platter (you need to book) is also very delicious! You must try. I always dream about Sushi @Sashimi Shinsengumi. The owner couple is very nice. Great customer service!!

Hands down best sushi place in Sydney. Authentic Japanese culinary experience with sushi master, & fish is always fresh.
It’s worth that 1000 calls within that one hour trying to get a booking!! Such mastery, such skill, such freshness! You won’t be able to find any sashimi as fresh as this place! And very very decent pricing per person! Highly recommended to try call 1000 times within an hour.
Managed to get a booking, about 80 phone calls. Sashimi was nice. Not a bad dining experience especially with good company, enjoyed with group of friends as they do two tables of 56.

FOOD: 2/5 - Good: dessert, egg pancake, fresh seafood - Bad: a lot worse compared to other omakase joints in Sydney. Wasn't a lot of variety with the meal and we were a little bored with the flavours towards the end SERVICE: 3/5 - Polite but didn't really engage with us much throughout dinner PRICE: 2/5 - Expensive for the experience we received.
I enjoyed the Omakase course. It was really good and I left really stuffed. It was a good experience.
