Richard came over and was easy to talk to. He told me all the Council building codes from memory - such a great free service. After looking around at other designers, we decided to chose Romeocad for our DA. He personally knew the Council which was helpful for a smooth DA lodgement and approval. If we were doing another project, I'd definitely choose Romeocad again.

Richard and Matt helped us out with a DA for a Semi within North Sydney Council. Really friendly and helpful, engaged the council early in the process to test our ideas and made the experience of a fairly complex process quite stress-free.
