Brilliant ramen. Quite a bit of a wait (about 1 hour from stepping in to getting food) but totally worth the wait. I love that the menu is very limited. Do just a few things and do them well.

Nice ramen with well balance soup and tasty smokey chashu. Will definitely go back again.

We went in for dinner yesterday, I was so impressed by the taste of the soup broth. The soup broth was light but has strong pork flavour and the char siu was amazing too!! I highly recommend this place to everyone!! Quality foods and friendly staff! :)

.... 5 star really good flavour solid soup good noods.. What are you doing wasting your time on my review. Get there and try is your self. Its worth it I waited an hour before the shop open just to try it i don't regret that decision I would definetly go again even just writing this review ive planed for next weekend Cheers guys for the amazing meal .. so i ended up going back 27th march. And will again i truly enjoy the ramen here I'm glad to see the restaurant busy .. i can see some confusions with some of the guests and the self service aspect. Hints to remember Drinks in front fridge Ginger there as well Grab a menu order form for your order And a number Let the guys know if you got a drink when you finish your meal

Charried siu has an amazing smoky flavour - very special. However soup lacked punch. Love the thin noodles but that means it needs less cooking time to maintain the firmness. Good, but theres room for improvement.

What an honour to be invited to @ramenkaio 's private soft re-opening last night The biggest highlight is their chashu (aka braised pork), so juicy and thick, as thick as my finger nail! (See 3rd pic!!) Their tonkotsu soup base is very thick too! I will definitely go back regularly for my collagen boost Yummy chicken karaage with handmade matcha green tea ice-cream to finish the night So full at the end of the meal ️

I was invited to their trial event. The tonkotsu ramen was amazing! Grilled pork had a smoked lingering taste. Egg was on point. The broth was such a great treat for a rainy day. 100% recommend!

Delicious food, friendly staff and reasonable price. I like that you have the option to customise the ramen. We had Karaage, Gyoza and my favourite Tonkutso Black. Will definitely come back.
