OMG The owner has to be the rudest customer service person I’ve experienced. She’ll talk your ear off while bragging how long she has been in the area and business yet when a customer had a simple question, she abruptly said ‘can’t you seem I’m busy’ while talking to a staff member. If you need bargain items, walk 2 minutes down the road to House 2 Home where you’ll have a better experience.

Cashier was eager to sell without issuing reciept when I bought some glue only to open at home and find it dried out. Shop is a waist of money, never going again next time will take the time to go to bunnings.

Awful service and rude staff! For an exchange, they treated me in a very irrespecutful manner and finally they refused to return me the exchange rate difference. I will never go to this shop again!

OMG!! I read other folk's review of this place and wondered how bad it could be. So my phone call went something like this: Me: Hello, I'm looking for plastic flowers Staff: Hellooo.... oh you looking for plastic flowers? Oh we have little one. Best you come into the shop. Ok. Bye She hung up before I got to ask another question.... I didn't even get to ask if they had orange flowers! The whole point of my call was to save time on a possibly unnecessary trip . The mind boggles but I guess the service is also on discount!! A hundred percent discount! LOL
