Awesome music store. Really great products along with friendly and experienced staff. Matt helped me with all my enquiries and he explained everything in detail and helped me make up my mind. I also appreciate the fact that he even helped me carry the heavy stuff to my car. That was a kind gesture. I've been to most of the major music stores in Sydney but the staff weren't nearly as knowledgeable and courteous as Big Music. They also matched price for me which was great (Saving money is good) . So if they have the best prices, experienced staff and amazing customer service, why would you want to shop from anywhere else? I highly recommend this place to everyone for all your music needs. Check them out. You won't be disappointed. Really happy with my experience with them. Thanks once again Matt for all your assistance.

Wide range of music instruments. Guitar selection is amazing. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. We bought a Yamaha guitar for my son, and they weren't sure if it would fit him, so they brought it up for him to try. They also have music lessons for young kids available.

I have been going to Big Music since 2017 and I constantly have a blast. The studio is awesome and shop has such a high quality of instruments. I got my bass guitar at the shop and I love it!

Grumpy old guy at the back. terrible service. Kicked us out while we were looking at some guitars. Others pretty good. Sorry this one experience soured my entire perception of this store.

Great service here. Good sized shop with a nice range of guitars and gear and friendly knowledgeable staff. It's also the sort of place you feel really comfortable in just browsing (I didn't see the 'grumpy old guy' mentioned below). I highly recommend this place.

I smell my nose

Disregard my account name (I made this years ago and thought it would display my actual name on reviews lol - It's Justen). The team here recently did some work on one of my 7 string guitars, restrung, buffed frets, cleaned and oiled the fretboard and installed a new bridge pickup (Seymour Duncan Nazgul - Highly recommend picking one up if you're into heavier styles of music). The guys here were so accommodating, friendly and the workmanship was second to none, this guitar cost me less than 300 (project instrument) and the thing now sounds and plays like it costs quadruple that! Will definitely be coming back to the business after the work and care taken with my guitar. Rock on!!!

Do Orienteering

Website stated online purchased delivered to capital cities 3-5 days. A month later, I have not received my purchase or receiving communication. TOTALLY DISGUSTED
