Just wanted to say a big thank you to the team at bad backs, long story, but delivery delays with a lift chair was causing carers grief. John and Mike, were onto the suppliers and got the chair in yesterday morning, then in turn personally delivered it on the same day … What great customer service … thank you again!

One of the staff is arrogant. He told me to pick up the garbage on the street when I asked to see a chair under 300 dollars. And I felt discriminated because I'm Asian. Though I bought a 100 dollars pillow and it make my neck pain worse... And they won't answer your phone when I tried to call them on 11am several times.
