Well resourced. Great spacious layout. Eager to help staff. Nicely lit and air-conditioned. Centrally situated in Cronulla CBD. PCs and internet and WiFi facilities are great. Great choice of Magazines and Periodicals. My first impressions were wonderfully positive.

I am sitting, coffee in hand, in this most modern of libraries in Cronulla. The sign at the door sets the tone ‘this is a noisy space’, with suggestions of where to go if you want something quieter. The bistro style cafe offers toasties and smoothies, coffees and cakes and you’ll be served by a pleasantly spoken barrister who makes a lovely cup. It’s really quite relaxed and social, with board games being played at the tables and plenty of space to enjoy. As you’ll see from the pictures, there is actually a quieter end, but it doesn’t have that forbidden silence thing happening that you might find in other libraries. An awesome find. Here again today 15/1 .. and lovin’ it. Drinking coffee, surrounded by books and a crochet club. It’s just great. I haven’t come across this in a library before
