We have had four Jeep’s over the past 15 years, always loved them and felt like valued clients at the dealership until we have had the service or lack there of from this dealership. Calls never get returned, told one thing, then another, you are made to feel like a awful annoyance. Customer experience and customer service here is not words they are familiar with. Car never fixed even after multiple visits and and diagnostics and repairs done, all paid for each time. Now thousands of dollars later car not serviced, not repaired and not working. So disappointing, our new car will not be a Jeep...

I ordered new keys for my jeep and was told they would arrive in 1 week, 4 weeks later I'm still waiting. Customer service is terrible, called over 10 times and they always promise to call back - never received a call back. We are selling our jeeps as we don't want to deal with this kind of service We are loyal local customers!!

After being told over the phone I could get a courtesy car at a cost of 50 27 insurance if I didn’t want the 5000 excess. I sent an inquiry via their web site asking if they had a courtesy bus, no response. I live between Noosa and Toowoomba, Toowoomba now has my business if Noosa don’t contact you before they take the money, what chance have you got after?

We bought a second hand Jeep Grand Cherokee from Cricks at Noosa. Any problems that we brought to their attention were addressed and fixed promptly, great service. All the staff from the Salesman to the Service Department have been extremely courteous and helpful. Getting to drive some of the latest vehicles while ours is being serviced is a bonus. It will give us an idea of what to buy in the future. All in all I would highly recommend Cricks at Noosa.

We have just bought our second Jeep from Cricks and each time have found them helpful and courteous. This time we bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland and cannot be happier. They assisted us with securing the vehicle, and when it came time to pick the new car up, they made our dream become reality and we got it the day before Easter. To top off the great sales service from Grant, the sales manager, the service department have assisted us with a problem that we discovered with the vehicle and advocated for us with Chrysler head office to have it rectified.
