Friendly service from everyone with whom I spoke. In particular Zac and Tom went above and beyond to help me; and Zac never faltered in responding in a friendly, informative and non-judgmental way to any of my questions. Zac also continues to answer my questions and appreciates my excitement over my new car.

The presentation and handover went smoothly. A stress free experience
Matt was our salesman and we were impressed with his knowledge of the Subaru range. The handover went smoothly and we’re very happy with our new car. Thank you Matt
We recently purchased a Subaru XV from Cricks and Matthew was our salesman and we where very happy with his service. He is a young man that is passionate about Subaru as an owner himself and has a great knowledge of how these cars work. Also he was not pushy but gave us the information we needed and gave us space to make our own decision. Excellent Matt. Sue and Gary Hadenham
The cars Cricks sell are great, Subaru and Honda, excellent quality. The sales service was very good, though at the end of the day, the change over was not good enough. We have had this happen twice now.
My experience buying a new car was very smooth and a pleasure from the moment we met with Matthew in sales. All staff were very friendly and made us feel comfortable all the way through. Matthew was extremely patient and accommodating and his knowledge extensive. It was a pleasure interacting with him and he made us feel at ease with something that i was not particularly looking forward to having to do. The experience was enjoyable and I would highly recommend Cricks Maroochydore Subaru to anyone.
Have had an ongoing issue of my 2020 Impreza feeling like it's going to "stall" in slow traffic, after requesting it be looked into they informed me it's normal CVT behaviour, after I advised it wasn't normal CVT behaviour for a car to shudder and shake (like a manual car about to stall) and not have any power for up to 10 seconds they told me they "updated the CVT" (no mention of this on the service invoice however) and that should fix it. Yep, no change and it appears to be a common issue overseas resulting in fuel pump recalls. Considering it's a safety concern (suddenly losing power in built up traffic) I wouldn't bother with servicing your car here.
From start to finish we could not fault the service at Cricks , the salesman Matt was very informative has a fantastic knowledge of the whole Subaru range and was not pushy. Every question we had was answered . He kept us in the loop every step of the way. Would highly recommend the guys at Maroochydore Cricks
