This place is a mess, lady named Erin took care of my vehicle in dec her attitude was rude, she made inappropriate comments about other customers. I was always looked after by a kind young women simi who I asked for and was told she left and was told to “deal with it” by Erin. Looks like honda lost a good long term customer and a good staff member.

Having worked in customer service associated environment, I understand how the job at times can be demanding, but I found my experience with your customer service person totally unacceptable due to the following reasons. * \tAttitude towards the customer was confrontational. * \tIn-ability to listen and advice a mutual agreement * \tNot interested in generally listening to my concern * \tContinually assumed that the customer is at fault without taking into account the full particulars surrounding the initial complaint As a representative of the organisation Erin continually stated that the vehicle was not purchased from their dealership and because of this they have no association with Honda warranty that would involve rectifying my complaint. The complaint was eventually resolved under approval from Honda and the work was carried out by this dealership and was fully covered under warranty by Honda which makes Erin's previous statement totally incorrect. Felt like she was trying to scam me of 12,500. I would assume as she is representing the front line image of the dealership that she is employed by, she would have a complete understanding of the dealership warranty and procedures involving the brands that they are responsible for. Acted extremely immature/ childish and very irresponsible. I suggest that the dealership reviews their organisational training procedures in relation to customer interaction especially in the area of front line personnel. Should your dealership feel that my review of my experience with your organisation is justifiable and worthy of your attention please refer to my contact details which you already maintain in your system.
